Anita Raj

As a self-driven and motivated Junior in High School, Anita has always been grounded. She has always felt a desire to give back to the community and give talented, high-potential youth equivalent access to resources in order to prosper. “These smart, talented, and underrepresented youth just need a spark to kindle the fire to ignite the flame. It is so gratifying to be that flint that can help impact these young individuals while inspiring others to contribute as well.” After looking at the state of her surroundings, she became passionate to help those who were struggling and were especially impacted during this time of COVID, beginning a life of service to her community. She began organizing initiatives both locally and on the other side of the globe for students to prosper all the same

The youngest founder of the Raj Foundation is AJay, Anita’s younger brother and a sophomore attending Eastern Regional High School. AJay is a passionate and creative leader who prevails in critical situations and delivers Ajay- whatever is required of him. When AJay finds fruition and success, he extends his outstretched hand to those he can help with the life lessons he has learned and his experience of contributing to the community. AJay is always prepared to bend his knee and get directly involved in work for the betterment of the people around him, and his hopes for the brighter future of the community are exemplified in his work at the Raj Foundation. “What goes around comes around,” is his mantra, and so he will continue giving to those in need.
