For our second major project, we were able to contribute to our local neighbors in need at the Mastery High School of Camden. In order to help families that were underprivileged or seriously financially swamped, the Raj Foundation was able to make Thanksgiving gift baskets for many families in the area. After assembling the gift baskets consisting of turkeys, vegetables and greens, side dishes, desserts, and seasoning/gravy to go along with the meals. These baskets were assembled by the Raj Foundation along with the help of the school’s student government. The food items were sent out to underprivileged families so that they had an equal access to a basic necessity, an enjoyable Thanksgiving feast.
